long time no post, been very busy working on a new game and just trying to get back into working on personal projects. Last one I finished was a nice hammer swing with with a larger character. had a lot of fun working with weight and have the big oaf swaying around. Here is the video if it now that it's done I finished it in a couple of hours after work the other day:

Decided to get back to an old kick animation that I was working on that was based on Urien from Street Fighter III 3rd strike. It's a nice kick with a lot of forward momentum and it was a blast to work on. My first go at it the kick came out way too fast, but I slowed it down a bit and smoothed it out and I am quite happy with how it turned out.

Kick Animation that I am working on, its the first pass with just the key frames. next are the inbetweens and some overshoot followed by some fine tuning. its a really fast animation at just about 14 frames and im trying to create something like what you would see in a fighting game.
